We handle the mechanics, electronics and diagnostics of Italian cars. From an oil change to a full engine rebuild, with no half measures.
Engines
This is our core business. We carry out full engine rebuilds as well as routine maintenance. We work from factory repair data, and the machining of heads, blocks and crankshafts goes to trusted specialist shops.
We know the classic designs well: the Busso V6, the Twin Cam (Bialbero), the Lampredi DOHC and the Boxer, but we are just as happy to work on modern engines.
We also have a test stand where an engine can be tested, given its initial run-in and tuned on its own, before it goes back into the car. It is not a dyno, so we cannot measure power on it. It is most useful when we receive just the engine, without the car: it goes back to its owner already run in and tuned.
The stand is set up for Alfa Romeo 105/115 series engines, and it takes 116 and 162 series units as well. Carburetted engines are the simplest case. Fuel-injected ones (L-Jetronic, Motronic) can be run too, provided they arrive with the complete injection system and wiring loom.
Gearboxes
We repair and rebuild modern and classic gearboxes: manual, automatic and automated manual (Selespeed, Dualogic, TCT). We work on the common M32, F40, C635 and C530 units, on classic Alfa gearboxes such as those from the 75, the 33 or the 105/115 family, and on older ZF automatics such as the 3HP22 and 4HP18.
Computer diagnostics and electronics
We have several diagnostic tools that allow full diagnosis of electronic systems, ECU programming and configuration changes. We look for the cause of a fault instead of swapping parts blindly.
We also own a piece of kit you will not find in most garages: the Magneti Marelli Tester Plus. It is probably the only tool that fully supports cars such as the Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evo or the Maserati 3200 GT.
A real-life example: an authorised Maserati dealer was unable to program a new throttle body on a 3200 GT. We did it here, probably as the only workshop in Poland.

Fuel injection and carburettors
We specialise in Bosch and Magneti Marelli injection systems, from the mechanical K-Jetronic through L-Jetronic and Motronic to Magneti Marelli IAW (Weber).
On classic cars we also rebuild carburettors: Weber, Dell’Orto and Solex.
Starters and alternators
On classic cars we rebuild starters and alternators. The Bosch K1 alternators are a good example: after a proper rebuild they are practically immortal.
Routine maintenance
Oil service with quality lubricants, timing belt replacement, suspension, brakes and air conditioning. Everything a car needs to run without surprises.
Restoration and classics
We carry out mechanical restoration of classic cars: engine, gearbox, suspension, brakes, electrics.
We do not do paintwork, bodywork or upholstery ourselves. On full restorations, however, we manage the whole project and work with partner workshops that handle those stages.

The Factory-Look package
For the demanding, we offer the Factory-Look package. It restores the factory appearance of classic engines such as the Busso V6, the Twin Cam, the Lampredi DOHC or the Boxer.
Spare parts
We help you choose parts for the car we are repairing. You decide what gets fitted, and we advise on what makes sense.
We do not trade in parts: we order them only for the cars we are working on. Still less do we reveal where we source parts for classics.
The reasons are simple. Finding and shipping parts for outsiders takes time that the cars in our workshop need. A part fitted elsewhere, and not the way it should be, comes back to us as a complaint. And our contacts with suppliers of classic parts took years to build, so we do not give them away.
Documentation and progress reports
We document every job, from a major restoration to routine maintenance, and we report progress as we go.
For routine repairs we use the Motowarsztat workshop system. For restorations we add a Google Drive folder with an extensive photo gallery: before, during and after the work.
