Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through scuderia-italiana.pl, why we do it, and what rights you have.

Data controller

The controller of personal data is Scuderia Italiana Jan Czerwiński, ul. Kolejowa 50, 42-208 Częstochowa, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 9492251065. For anything concerning personal data, write to biuro@scuderia-italiana.pl or call +48 577 622 027.

What data we collect and why

When you write to us through the contact form, you provide your name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, details of your car and the content of your message. The same applies when you contact us by e-mail or phone.

We use this data solely to reply to your message and, if it comes to that, to prepare and carry out the service.

Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we will not be able to reply.

Legal basis

  • Your consent, given when you send the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Obligations under tax and accounting law if you become our customer (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long we keep data

We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with the matter. If a contract has been concluded, we keep the data until the limitation periods for claims and the periods required by tax law have expired.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. We will then delete any data we are not required by law to keep.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes. Our hosting provider (webd.pl), whose servers run the website and our e-mail, has access to it to the extent needed to provide that service.

When carrying out jobs, we use the Motowarsztat workshop management system (customer contact details) and Google Drive (photo documentation of the work, available to us, to the customer and to anyone the customer shares the link with).

We may also disclose data to authorities entitled to it by law.

Cookies and server logs

The website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising and does not use any analytics tools. Technical cookies are set only for people who log in to the admin panel.

Like any server, ours keeps standard logs: IP address, date and time of the visit and browser information. They are used solely for the security and maintenance of the website.

Google Maps and links to other services

A Google map is embedded on the Contact page. When it loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which may set their own cookies and process data, including outside the European Economic Area, under the terms of Google’s privacy policy.

The website also links to our Facebook profile. Once you click the link, that service’s rules apply.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it,
  • have your data corrected,
  • have your data erased,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to biuro@scuderia-italiana.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

We do not make automated decisions and do not carry out profiling.
